While expressing his gratitude for the strong British support toward Kosovo`s European Agenda, the minister informed the ambassador about the reforms undertaken heretofore, and other steps expected to be taken by the Government with the purpose of advancing the integration process. In this regard, he emphasised that Kosovo’s priorities for this year are the Visa Liberalisation and the signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
“SAA is of particular importance to establishing contractual agreements between Kosovo and the EU and now we have moved forward in this direction, and the signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement is expected to occur pursuant to the dynamics agreed between Kosovo and EU. This shall be a new and very important step in the process of Kosovo reforms”, stated Mr. Çollaku.
Whereas, Ambassador O’Connell reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s support toward Kosovo’s EU integration process
