Prishtina, 25 February 2020 – The Minister of European Integration, Mr. Blerim Reka, hosted in a meeting the Head of Mission for Kosovo, Mrs. Natacha Gomes, with whom he discussed about the continuation of the fruitful and very successful bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially on the support that this state provides to Kosovo in its Euro-integration processes.
It is worth noting that Luxembourg is one of the biggest supporters and donors in Kosovo. In this regard, Minister Reka appreciated the assistance of several million euros provided so far by Luxembourg, hoping that this assistance will continue this year and in the forthcoming periods. Further on, the concrete forms of assistance were also discussed, in particular the possibility of holding an annual joint conference of the two countries, as well as continuation of the bilateral agreement with Luxembourg.
On the other side, the Head of Mission in Kosovo, Mrs. Gomes congratulated Minister Reka for the appointment to the new post, and reiterated the support of Luxembourg for Kosovo in its integration processes.
