KOSOVO SIGNS THE SAA ON 27 OCTOBER

The internal procedures by the parties are being finalized and signing will take place next week, on 27 October 2015 in Strasbourg.

The signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement marks a turning point in Kosovo’s relations with the European Union. This is a historic moment for Kosovo, because Kosovo for the first time is establishing contractual relations with the European Union.
