Prishtina, 16 January 2017 – The European Union Office in Kosovo and the Ministry of European Integration yesterday opened the competition for the 11th Round of Application in the Cellular Youth Scheme, the EU Postgraduate Scholarship Program for Kosovo, which is currently being implemented by the British Council.
The announcement will remain open from today, 15 January 2018 until Monday, 5 February 2018.
Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to apply for Master Programs at Universities of EU Member States. The scholarship program, the working language of which is English, will provide up to 45 full scholarships, 10% of which are reserved for civil servants who are already employed in public administration (the number of scholarships can change, depending on candidates’ eligibility and available funds).
This announcement is open to graduates in faculties such as: law, political science, economics, business management, social sciences, history, humanities, international relations, diplomacy, criminology and other academic fields under the specialization sectors Law – up to 25 scholarships, Public Administration – up to 10 scholarships and Economics – up to 10 scholarships available.
