Deputy Minister Ilazi discusses about the advancement of European agenda in Graçanica

The Deputy Minister discussed with Mayor Kostić about the progress of European integration process of Republic of Kosovo, reiterating that the country cannot be developed in isolation from the rest of Europe.

“Furthermore, the government expects to sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) soon, which will bring political and economic benefits for the country, by providing access for Kosovar manufacturers to the European market”, stated Mr. Ilazi.

Mayor Kostić thanked Deputy Minister Ilazi about the visit and offered his support for the European integration process, stressing the need for greater support for Municipality of Graçanica in addressing many infrastructure challenges as a prerequisite for sustainable socio-economic development.

During the meeting, the interlocutors agreed to continue with the cooperation in concrete projects for increasing the participation of Serb community in the European integration process and in promotion of municipal infrastructure projects to the potential European donors.
