Division for Environment, Energy and Transport
1. The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Environment, Energy and Transport are:
1.1. Coordination of the stabilization-association process, within the negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27;
1.2. Coordination of governmental negotiation structures in the field of European integration, within the framework of negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27;
1.3. Coordination of the preparation, implementation and monitoring of Government documents in the field of European integration, within the framework of negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27;
1.4. Coordination of regular reporting to the European Commission, within the negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27;
1.5. Providing support for institutional advancement for the implementation of EU legislation (Acquis), within the framework of negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27;
1.6. Providing support in the process of approximation of the relevant chapters of the Acquis, within the negotiation chapters 10, 14, 15, 21 and 27.
2. The Head of the Division for Environment, Energy and Transport reports to the Director of the Office.
3. The number of employees within the Division for Environment, Energy and Transport is three (3).
