Division for Social Policy, Education and Health

The duties and responsibilities of the Division for Social Policy, Education and Health are:

1.1. Coordination of the stabilization-association process, within the negotiation chapters 2, 19, 25 and 26;

1.2. Coordination of government negotiation structures in the field of European integration, within the framework of negotiation chapters 2, 19, 25 and 26;

1.3. Coordination of the preparation, implementation and monitoring of Government documents in the field of European integration, within the framework of negotiation chapters 2, 19, 25 and 26;

1.4. Coordination of regular reporting to the European Commission, within negotiation chapters 2, 10, 19, 25 and 26;

1.5. Providing support for institutional advancement for the implementation of EU legislation (Acquis), within the framework of negotiation chapters 2, 19, 25 and 26;

1.6. Providing support in the process of approximation of the relevant chapters of the Acquis, within the framework of negotiating chapters 2, 19, 25 and 26.

The Head of the Division for Social Policy, Education and Health reports to the Director of the Office.
The number of employees in the Division for Social Policy, Education and Health is three (3).
