Pragë, 19 Shtator 2018 – Gjatë vizitës zyrtare në Republikën e Çekisë, Ministrja e Integrimit Evropian, Dhurata Hoxha është pritur në takim nga Z. Tomáš Petříček – Zëvendës Ministër në Ministrinë e Punëve të Jashtme Çeke, i cili posa është nominuar për Ministër të Jashtëm nga partia e tij. Në këtë takim Ministrja Hoxha ka kërkuar përkrahje nga Çekia për liberalizimin e vizave.
Ministrja Hoxha ka theksuar se reformat e kërkuara me Agjendën Evropiane, Marrëveshjen e Stabilizim Asociimit si dhe reformat tjera ekonomike, janë punë intensive e institucioneve të Kosovës.
Ne i kemi kushtuar vëmendje të veçantë pengimit të emigrimit ilegal, trafikimit me qenie njerëzore, ligjit të azilit, marrëveshjet për riatdhesim të cilat zbatohen me të gjitha vendet e BE-së, theksoi Ministrja Hoxha, duke shtuar se ne me të gjitha këto aktivitete dëshmojmë se institucionet e Kosovës janë të afta dhe të gatshme të zbatojnë marrëveshjet ndërkombëtare si dhe luftimin e krimit të organizuar.
Çekia, në historinë e re, ka dëshmuar se është përkrahëse e zhvillimeve pozitive në Kosovë dhe rajon, theksoi Ministrja Hoxha, duke cekur se pret përkrahje edhe në hapin final, vendimin përkrahës për liberalizim nga mbledhja e Këshillit të ministrave, për heqjen e kufizimit të lëvizjes së lirë për qytetarët e Kosovës.
Z. Petříček – Zëvendës Ministër në Ministrinë e Punëve të Jashtme Çeke, mirëpriti angazhimin e Ministres Hoxha duke ofruar mbështetje për Kosovën dhe procesin integrues të saj. Z. Petříček theksoi se zgjerimi i Ballkanit perëndimor dhe në veçanti integrimi evropian i Kosovës është prioritet për Republikën çeke dhe Kosova do ta ketë mbështetjen e Çekisë në proceset e rëndësishme për vendin.
Ministrja Hoxha, po ashtu vuri në dukje se perspektiva evropiane për qytetarët e Kosovës duhet të konfirmohet sa më parë nëpërmjet liberalizimit të vizave, si vendim i vetëm i drejtë, pas rekomandimit pozitiv nga Komisioni Evropian u cili ka konfirmuar se Kosova ka plotësuar të gjitha kriteret.
