The Chief Negotiator of the Republic of Kosovo with the European Union, Mr. Jeton Zulfaj, received today in a meeting the Ambassador of Hungary to Kosovo, H.E. László István Dux.
Chief Negotiator Zulfaj thanked the Ambassador for Hungary’s cooperation and support in the European Union accession process and stressed the need for coordinated engagement to advance the integration agenda.
Kosovo shares and defends common values with the European Union. Democratic advancement, economic development and full alignment with the EU’s foreign policy must be translated into decision-making, candidate status and the opening of accession negotiations.
