In addition to the mechanisms envisaged under the Reform and Growth Instrument, the direct involvement of General Secretaries is essential for the effective implementation of reforms.
Today, we discussed the progress of draft laws and strategies falling under the responsibility of the respective ministries, as well as the adoption and implementation of regulations on the internal organization of ministries and their subordinate institutions. Particular emphasis was placed on the proactive role of General Secretaries, as Chief Administrative Officers, in ensuring the high-quality implementation of reform measures.
I would like to thank the Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration for coordinating the meeting, as well as all the General Secretaries, directors, and officials involved for their cooperation.
