As part of a series of meetings with development partners, the Chief Negotiator of the Republic of Kosovo with the European Union, Mr. Jeton Zulfaj, met today with Mr. Daniel Alker, Head of Development Cooperation at the German Embassy in Kosovo, and Mr. Marcus Delf, GIZ Director for Kosovo and North Macedonia.
Mr. Zulfaj thanked the delegation for the continuous support Germany has provided—and continues to provide—to Kosovo’s institutions. Kosovo is proceeding with early institutional preparations for EU integration, aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and building the necessary capacity to launch accession negotiations.
Development assistance is invaluable to Kosovo, and Germany remains one of the country’s largest development contributors.
