Women’s Business Network, at the organized meeting in Prizren entitled “Empowering women in decision-making”, discussed women’s achievements and challenges, within the processes that the country is going through.
Gender equality is a fundamental value of democracy, therefore, women in decision-making are part of the achievements of any democratic state. Women in decision making should be considered a rule, not an exception. Empowering women in decision-making will be the most sustainable value for the processes we are going through, until full Euro-Atlantic integration.
Women are the backbone of our families and of the state. This is already known, but we must give examples that we really want a state and families with strong pillars. This is simple, the solution is easy, and it can be achieved by empowering women in decision-making!
