The Chief Negotiator of the Republic of Kosovo with the European Union, Mr. Jeton Zulfaj, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Sweden to Kosovo, H.E. Jonas Westerlund.
Ambassador Westerlund congratulated Mr. Zulfaj on his new responsibility, reiterating Sweden’s support for the reform processes and European integration of Kosovo.
During the meeting, the cooperation between Kosovo and Sweden, the advancement of reforms within the framework of the European Agenda, as well as the importance of partnerships based on shared democratic values were discussed.
Mr. Zulfaj emphasized that relations between Kosovo and Sweden are based on a shared vision for democracy, the rule of law and regional cooperation, underlining the importance of continuing this partnership in support of reforms and Kosovo’s European path.
