IPA I

The IPA 2007-2013 program was based on allocations for each state, including allocations for each programming year, with distinctions between candidate countries and potential candidate countries (only Kosovo and Bosnia have been the latter). Kosovo has had access only to the assistance component during the transition and institutional development and cross-border cooperation, where most of the support has been focused on individual technical assistance projects. Within the IPA 2007-2013 programs, over 600 million Euros have been allocated for Kosovo.
