Multi-beneficiary programs under the IPA provide EU financial assistance for projects that require cooperation between several beneficiary countries (such as regional structures, expert networks, or civil servants) or to address cross-border issues. Assistance includes:
Cooperation with international financial institutions (including the part covering the contribution of the EU within the Western Balkans Investment Framework);
Dialogue and development of civil society;
Educational projects;
Projects to help beneficiaries meet EU membership requirements and align their standards with the EU.
