Minister Çollaku wished Ms. Meskanen success in her next diplomatic mission and thanked her for the cooperation so far, and also expressed his appreciation for Finland’s contribution to Kosovo, its support in the EU integration process, thus highly valuing the excellent relations between the two countries.
Minister Çollaku also informed Ms. Meskanen in details about recent developments regarding the priorities arising from the European agenda, which for this year are: the signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement and Visa Liberalization. Minister Çollaku stated that both these processes, with the support of Kosovo’s friendly countries, are expected to be successfully concluded during the year.
Also, they discussed the deepening of bilateral cooperation between both countries. Whereas, Ms. Meskanen reiterated Finland’s supporting attitude towards Kosovo’s path to EU integration, as well as encouraged institutions to work towards fulfilling the necessary criteria that lead to this path
